PROCESS

The process begins by Requesting a Consultation and/or filling out the Client Questionnaire. When we receive your forms, we will contact you for a simple phone interview to make sure we are all on the same page about your expectations and timeline. We will then set up a time to meet you and see your project in person.

At the consultation, we will discuss the details and how the space will function and look. We will discuss other trades and contractors that will need to be involved and begin working on preliminary drawings.

Following the consultation, we will create an estimate for your project. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to gather prices and finalize the preliminary drawings.

Once you approve the estimate with a signature and a deposit, we will take final measurements. If you would like to make any changes, they will be incorporated in the final drawings. As the details are finalized, Ron will generate the layout, material list and cut list for the shop. Materials are hand selected and the building process begins in our local shop. In addition, a finish sample will be created for your approval. This part of the process takes a bit of time.

The last phase of the process is delivery and installation. Our goal is for clients to be amazed and happy with our work. We rely on repeat business and word of mouth referrals. Our hope is that you will keep us in mind for your next project and that you tell your family and friends about us.
